On March 17, 2025, OAP held a workshop on “Driving OAP’s 5-Year Action Plan (2023-2027)” to ensure that its personnel fully understand the strategic direction of the plan and can effectively implement it. The workshop featured expert lectures and discussions, including insights from Major General Khana Nawarat, an esteemed advisor from the Office of the Permanent Secretary for Defence. He shared his experiences and strategic communication approaches to help OAP personnel adapt to and respond to international developments. The event was attended by over 54 participants.
Additionally, the workshop analyzed potential changes that could impact the organization and explored communication strategies to enhance public understanding and trust in nuclear and radiation safety.
OAP aims for participants to effectively apply strategic communication principles, reinforcing the country’s nuclear and radiation regulatory framework. This workshop marks a significant step in advancing the organization to align with the digital era while establishing a solid and sustainable safety standard to meet future challenges.
