OAP enhances the capabilities of its PMQA team to elevate toward Public Sector 4.0.

OAP is advancing its workforce and work processes to align with the “Public Sector 4.0” goals, in accordance with the government’s Thailand 4.0 policy. This initiative aims to create a modern, efficient, and transparent public administration system that adheres to good governance principles, ensuring quality management in nuclear and radiation regulation for the maximum benefit of the public.

OAP recently hosted a workshop titled “Developing Key Performance Indicators in Line with Public Sector Management Quality Award 4.0 (PMQA 4.0)” at its main conference hall from December 18–19, 2024. To maximize the efficiency of its operations, OAP has set a clear goal of organizational development aligned with national policies. This includes fostering a knowledgeable workforce with modern thinking, innovative work methods, effective teamwork, and the ability to apply knowledge in practice.
