On March 27, 2024, OAP hosts a workshop to review its five-year operational plan. Chaired by Ms. Ampika Apichaibukol, Director of Plan and Policy, the workshop is an effort by the working group to ensure that the operational plan is up to date and in line with the government policy, national strategy and other related strategies. In addition, the plan is expected to help drive OAP toward being a “SMART” organization. The workshop includes a brainstorming forum for creating SWOT as a part of OAP road map formulation which will be an important input for the next meeting on April 1, 2024.
